SELECTION
This is when location, location, location matters most. Find your own building lot or build on ours. Now is also the time to secure funding--use your loan officer or use one of our lending partners.
ARCHITECTUAL CHANGES
Work with one of our architect partners to make the house EXACTLY how you want it. This is where structural changes are made and your home begins to come together. Take your time. We want you to love it!
DESIGN PROCESS
Select everything from paint color to appliances and everything in between. Work with our designers to make the selections that fit your budget and are ones you’ll love for years.
THE BUILD
Sit back and watch as we build your home from the ground up. Your superintendent will step in to ensure that the build is exactly as you have planned while communicating with you through he process.
